About Me

I have been studying and/or working in the area of psychotherapy and counselling for the last eleven years.

Since 2010, as well as my clinical practice, I have been working at Regent's University, London, as a visiting lecturer. As a lecturer, I have been helping students learn counselling skills and aiding them with their own self-development.

My main clinical experience has been gained working as an honorary psychotherapist for the NHS where I worked as part of a team in a hospital setting for eight years.

I am also currently involved in setting up a psychological service in GP surgeries; the therapy will be time limited and goal oriented. The outcomes will be measured and form part of a research project.

Before training to become a psychotherapist I worked for fifteen years in the commercial world, including holding senior managerial positions, so I understand many of the stresses of working life.

In my private practice I see individuals, couples and groups for counselling and psychotherapy.
